The City of Los Angeles is offering a free shuttle service for pedestrians to ensure their safety during construction of the new Riverside Drive Bridge over the Los Angeles River.
During construction of the new bridge (and demolition of the old bridge), pedestrians are urged to use the free shuttle service rather than attempt to access closed sidewalks. The shuttle operates daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Stops are marked with large construction signs.
The project's expected completion date is December 2015.
