International cookery

Books on cooking are always popular with public and circulation never slowed down. The Food channel and other cooking programs on television only generate viewers' higher interest in trying home cooking.

This month, Cypress Park Branch Library has received two books with international flavor on culinary recipes.

New German Cooking by Jeremy & Jessica Nolen, is co-authored by the team of husband and wife, chef at Brauhaus Schmitz and Wurst Schmitz and pastry chef at Brauhaus Schmitz.

Another home cook book by Anupty Singla is Indian for Everyone. Anupy Singla has become one of the country's foremost authorities on Indian food and cooking.

Find these two delicious books at library's New Book Shelf location. For further assistance, visit Cypress Park Branch Library
